There is no single best SMM panel for Instagram, and any page that names one without showing you a price table is selling placement. What exists is a measurable catalogue: six of the seven panels we monitor sell Instagram services with live prices, and those prices differ by more than 100Γ for listings that look identical on the order form.
This page compares them on data we pull from each panel’s own API β not on opinion, and not on reviews we do not have. Every figure below is reproducible from the Instagram services hub, which indexes 1,316 Instagram listings and refreshes automatically. Prices here were read on 22 October 2026.
How this comparison is made β and what it deliberately does not do
Read this part before the tables, because it is what makes them worth anything.
- We do not rank by star rating. Our directory currently holds zero published user reviews for these panels. A “4.8/5, 12,000 reviews” badge on a comparison page with no visible review history is decoration. We would rather show you an empty column than a fabricated one.
- Listing position is not for sale. Panels pay a one-off listing fee to appear in the directory. That fee buys indexing, a review page and price syncing. It does not buy an ordering, a label or a recommendation β see the badge guide for what each badge requires.
- Advertising is labelled. Where a panel has paid for a promotional slot anywhere on this site, it is marked “Sponsored” or “AD”. Nothing in this article is.
- Prices move. Each panel’s catalogue re-syncs on a schedule; the figures here are a snapshot. The hub pages are always current.
What we can measure honestly: catalogue depth, price floors and distributions per service type, refill coverage, geo-targeting coverage, minimum order sizes, payment rails and verification status. That is what follows.
The six Instagram panels at a glance
| Panel | IG listings | IG floor | IG median | Refill-flagged | Geo-targeted | Payments | Status | Since |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Fansgurus | 556 | $0.0024 | $5.99 | 5.2% | 159 | USDT, Binance Pay, Alipay, card, PayPal | Verified | 2018 |
| Boostero | 369 | $0.0034 | $8.01 | 9.8% | 116 | Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, crypto, PayPal, Payoneer | Verified | 2020 |
| SMMKings | 309 | $0.002 | $0.44 | 4.9% | 48 | USDT, USDC, BTC, XMR, XRP, bank transfer | β | 2016 |
| FoxiGrow | 36 | $35.00 | $77.00 | 0% | 0 | USDT | Verified + Organic-audited | 2025 |
| Smmfoxi | 36 | $35.00 | $77.00 | 0% | 0 | USDT, TON, Visa | Top Verified | 2025 |
| Oldsmm | 11 | $0.10 | $0.99 | 18.2% | 8 | Crypto | β | 2016 |
Rates are USD per 1,000 units. “Refill-flagged” is the share of that panel’s Instagram listings whose API exposes a refill flag. The seventh panel in our directory lists 180 services but none of them carry a price through its API, so it does not appear here.
Two things in that table deserve a second look. Two of the six carry byte-identical Instagram catalogues β same 36 listings, same floors to the cent β which is a reminder that separate brands can resell the same upstream supply. And the two cheapest panels by median are not cheap in the same way: one is cheap because its catalogue leans on views, the other because it leans on bulk follower tiers.
Best Instagram panel by what you are actually buying
A single winner would be a lie. Here is what the data supports, stated as narrowly as the evidence allows.
Deepest Instagram catalogue β Fansgurus
556 Instagram listings, the most of any panel we track, and 159 of them are geo-targeted (country-specific followers, likes or views). If you need Brazilian followers, Turkish likes or a specific delivery speed, catalogue depth is the thing that decides whether the service exists at all. Its Instagram median of $5.99/1k sits mid-field; the depth, not the price, is the argument.
Cheapest floor on Reels and video views β SMMKings
$0.002 per 1,000 Reels/video views, and $0.50 per 1,000 followers β the lowest entry prices in the index on both. It is also crypto-only (USDT, USDC, BTC, XMR, XRP, bank transfer), has no cards and no PayPal, and carries no staff verification badge. Read the price floor section below before treating $0.002 as a bargain.
Widest checkout β Boostero
The only panel here taking Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, PayPal and Payoneer alongside crypto. It also has the highest Instagram refill coverage of the six at 9.8% of listings β low in absolute terms, but roughly double the field. If you are a brand that needs a card receipt rather than a USDT transaction hash, this is the practical choice.
Only audited real-human delivery β FoxiGrow
The single panel in our directory that has passed the Organic Panels audit: a domain verification plus a reviewed statement of where its services come from, assessed before the badge is granted. Its Instagram catalogue is small (36 listings) and expensive ($68/1k for followers), which is exactly what real-human delivery costs. Smmfoxi carries our Top Verified badge and the same price structure, but has not completed the organic audit β the two badges mean different things, and the badge guide spells out which is which.
Not the right panel for Instagram β Oldsmm
11 Instagram listings out of a 33-service catalogue. It is a TikTok-first provider and the data says so. Listed here for completeness, because a comparison that only shows winners is an advert.
Live Instagram prices by service type
Per 1,000 units, across all six panels:
| Service | Listings | Floor | 25th pct | Median | 75th pct | Panels | Refill-flagged | Median min order |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Likes | 368 | $0.0043 | $0.55 | $2.00 | $11.20 | 6 | 6.0% | 20 |
| Followers | 298 | $0.50 | $6.30 | $13.63 | $68.46 | 6 | 20.1% | 10 |
| Comments | 218 | $0.47 | $8.96 | $52.27 | $98.44 | 5 | 0% | 10 |
| Reels / video views | 101 | $0.002 | $0.03 | $0.08 | $0.36 | 5 | 0% | 100 |
| Views (other) | 98 | $0.0034 | $0.07 | $0.11 | $0.37 | 5 | 0% | 50 |
| Story views | 49 | $0.114 | $0.31 | $0.51 | $3.25 | 3 | 0% | 100 |
| Saves / shares | 40 | $0.015 | $0.15 | $0.48 | $58.00 | 5 | 0% | 10 |
The spread inside a single row is the whole story. Instagram followers run from $0.50 to a 75th percentile of $68.46 β a 137Γ range for a line item with the same two words on it. Nobody is giving away 137Γ margin. The cheap end and the expensive end are different products, and the order form does not tell you which one you are on.
What $10 buys on Instagram right now
| At this price | $10 gets you |
|---|---|
| Followers at the index floor ($0.50/1k) | 20,000 followers |
| Followers at the index median ($13.63/1k) | ~730 followers |
| Followers from an audited organic panel ($68/1k) | ~147 followers |
| Likes at the median ($2.00/1k) | 5,000 likes |
| Comments at the median ($52.27/1k) | ~190 comments |
| Reels views at the floor ($0.002/1k) | 5,000,000 views |
That last row is not a deal. Five million video views for ten dollars is a statement about what is generating them. Use it as a calibration tool: when a panel’s headline price implies a cost per unit that no human-operated process could sustain, you have learned what the service is. The mechanics are in organic vs bot SMM services.
The headline price is the no-refill price
This is the finding that changes how you read every panel’s homepage. For each panel we took the cheapest Instagram follower listing, then looked for the cheapest one that actually carries a refill β under both definitions of “carries”, because the two disagree far more often than they agree:
| Panel | Cheapest followers | Cheapest with the refill flag set | Cheapest whose name promises a refill | Real premium |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| SMMKings | $0.50 β named “No Refill” | $3.19 | $3.19 | 6.4Γ |
| Oldsmm | $0.92 | $5.00 | none | 5.4Γ |
| Fansgurus | $0.73 | $1.34 | $1.30 | 1.8Γ |
| Boostero | $2.07 | $2.81 | $2.07 β the same row | 1.0Γ |
| FoxiGrow / Smmfoxi | $68.00 | none | none | β |
On all six panels, the cheapest Instagram follower listing has no refill flag set β every “Instagram followers from $0.50” headline in this market is quoting a row with nothing declared behind it. SMMKings is the most straightforward about that: its $0.50 row says “No Refill” in the name itself. Boostero sits at the other end, where the cheapest row already advertises a 30-day refill in its name, so the premium is 1.0Γ if you believe the name and 1.4Γ if you only believe the flag.
Depending on the panel and which field you trust, the price of a follower you can actually get replaced runs from 1.0Γ to 6.4Γ the banner number. Budget from the refill row, not the banner row β and read the next section before deciding which row that is.
Across all 298 Instagram follower listings, only 20.1% expose a refill flag at all. For comments, story views, saves and Reels views, the figure is 0% β not one listing in 406 declares a refill. If a service page promises a guarantee on those, it is a manual, discretionary promise, and how to read an SMM panel refill policy covers what to ask before you rely on it.
Service names are marketing; the flag is data
The two disagree constantly, and we can put a number on it. Across all 10,640 priced listings in our directory, 1,633 put the word “refill” in the service name. 879 of them β 53.8% β contradict the panel’s own machine-readable refill flag. The name promises “30 Days Refill”, “365 Day refill” or “Refill: 30D”; the API field that the same panel publishes reads false. Two listings run the other way, named “No Refill” while the flag reads true.
Five of the seven panels we monitor have at least one, and the rate ranges from 4% to 71% of a panel’s refill-named listings. On Instagram specifically, 319 listings put “refill” in the name and 146 of them (45.8%) contradict the flag.
None of that is necessarily dishonest. Panels routinely honour refills through support without ever populating the API field, and catalogue names drift out of sync with backends that get edited years later. But it does mean the promise on the order form is not machine-checkable β not by you, and not by any comparison site, this one included.
The practical lesson: the name is marketing copy, the flag is often stale, and neither is a term you can hold a panel to. Confirm the refill window on the service-page terms, or in writing from support, before you order. The vocabulary β R30, R365, lifetime, non-drop β is decoded in what a refill guarantee actually covers.
The organic floor, and why it looks absurd
The two organic-positioned panels start at $35/1k for Instagram services and $68/1k for followers. Against the index floor of $0.50 that is a 136Γ premium, and it is the single most common reason buyers dismiss them.
The arithmetic is worth doing. At $68 per 1,000, one follower costs 6.8 cents. A real person opening an app, finding a profile and tapping follow β at any wage, anywhere β costs at least that. At $0.50 per 1,000, one follower costs 0.05 cents, which no human process produces. Both numbers are honest about what they are; only one of them is honest about what you will receive.
Which you should buy depends entirely on what the number is for. Social proof on a landing page tolerates cheap volume. Anything that gets audited β a brand deal, a platform monetisation review, an investor’s eyeball β does not. The full comparison is in organic vs bot SMM services, and the audited providers are listed on Organic Panels.
Five checks before you place an Instagram order
- Price the exact service, not the panel. Panel-level floors are marketing. Compare the specific listing β “Instagram followers, HQ, 30-day refill, max 100K” β across panels on the services search.
- Find the refill row. Locate the cheapest listing that genuinely carries refill, and treat that as the panel’s real price for followers.
- Check minimum order size. The median Instagram follower listing accepts 10 units, so a $1 test order is possible on most panels. Reels views and story views commonly start at 100.
- Match the payment rail to your risk. Crypto deposits are irreversible. If this is company money that may need a receipt or a chargeback path, that narrows the field to the panels taking cards.
- Test small, then wait 14 days. Delivery speed tells you very little; retention tells you everything. Order the minimum, record the count, and check again two weeks later before scaling. Drip-feed and delivery speeds explains what a healthy fill looks like.
If you are buying to resell rather than to use, the economics are different and the sourcing question dominates β that is covered in what a child panel is.
The honest summary
For Instagram specifically: Fansgurus has the deepest catalogue and the most geo-targeted options, Boostero has the widest checkout and the best refill coverage of a thin field, SMMKings has the lowest floors and crypto-only payment, and FoxiGrow is the only audited real-human option at 136Γ the floor price. Oldsmm is a TikTok provider with an Instagram afterthought.
None of that is a recommendation to buy, and none of it was paid for. It is what 1,316 live listings say when you line them up. Current prices for every panel are on the Instagram hub and the full directory.
Frequently asked questions
Which is the best SMM panel for Instagram?
It depends on the service. Across the six panels in our directory with live Instagram prices, Fansgurus has the deepest catalogue (556 Instagram listings, 159 geo-targeted), Boostero has the widest payment options and the highest refill coverage at 9.8%, SMMKings has the lowest price floors, and FoxiGrow is the only one that has passed our organic (real-human) audit.
How much does an SMM panel charge for 1,000 Instagram followers?
Across 298 live Instagram follower listings, prices run from $0.50 to a 75th percentile of $68.46 per 1,000, with a median of $13.63. The floor price is always a listing with no refill flag set; the cheapest follower listing that actually carries a refill costs 1.0Γ to 6.4Γ more depending on the panel.
What is the cheapest SMM panel for Instagram?
SMMKings currently holds the lowest Instagram entry prices in our index β $0.50 per 1,000 followers and $0.002 per 1,000 Reels views. At that floor, $10 buys five million video views, which tells you what is generating them. Cheapest and best are different questions.
Do Instagram SMM panels offer refills?
Rarely, as a declared field. Only 20.1% of Instagram follower listings expose a refill flag through the panel’s API, and for comments, story views, saves and Reels views the figure is 0%. Worse, of the 1,633 listings that put “refill” in the name, 53.8% contradict their own refill flag β so neither the name nor the flag is a term you can hold a panel to.
Which SMM panel for Instagram accepts PayPal or credit cards?
Of the six Instagram panels we track, Boostero takes Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, PayPal and Payoneer, and Fansgurus takes credit cards and PayPal alongside USDT. The rest are crypto-first or crypto-only.
Can I buy geo-targeted Instagram followers?
Yes. 331 of the Instagram listings we index are country-targeted β 159 on Fansgurus, 116 on Boostero, 48 on SMMKings. Geo-targeted services normally cost more than untargeted ones and are slower to deliver.
Is it safe to buy Instagram followers from an SMM panel?
Buying engagement breaks Instagram’s terms of service and can cost you reach, a brand partnership or an account. The practical risks and how to limit them are covered in our guide to whether SMM panels are safe.
Why do you not rank these panels by star rating?
Because we have no published reviews for them yet, and inventing a rating would make this page worthless. We rank on measurements we can show you: catalogue depth, live prices, refill coverage, geo coverage and verification status. Ratings will appear when real users write them.
